Dr. Pawandeep Singh
Dr.Pawandeep is a qualified Medical Physician with an MBA in Healthcare from Symbiosis. He has 12+ years rich and diverse experience in various healthcare domain which includes Hospital Process Consulting, Healthcare IT, Pre-sales and Marketing. He pioneered the concept of pain management through a for profit-venture in Ayurvedic field for local and foreign tourist market. Now as a CEO and President he is dedicated to bring a positive impact to the health of people from underprivilege class through a Non-profit initiative Sanjhi-Sehat.

Anjali Vaishnav
Ms. Anjali Vaishnav is a public health professional with over 9 years of experience in working with various public health projects related to reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health. She has worked with state governments and consulting firms like Ernst and Young (EY) and ZS associates for healthcare projects. She is qualified and a subject expert for quality improvement and supply chain management in healthcare landscape. She is passionate to improve healthcare services and its accessibility for underserved.

Sarbjit Chhina
Sarbjit Chhina is based in Vancouver Canada and has been integral part of Sanjhi Sehat as a strategic consultant since inception. She is Qualified with MBA in hospital and healthcare and has diverse knowledge of Indian and US healthcare systems. She is a Product Manager with 12+ years of experience in the Healthcare IT in building Electronic Health Records , Laboratory Information systems, Pharmacy systems.

Sonia Garcha
Sonia Garcha has 30+ years of experience working in development, focusing on urban and rural women, developing practices to toughen the unorganized sector in India through mentorship and entrepreneurship development programs across five states in India. An active member of the COVID Action Collaboration, she has enabled “Smart Practices for Smart Street Vendors” reaching 200,000 street vendors through the Building Resilience through Digital Financial Literacy program. She is a recipient of the Social Innovation Award for her work in the digital empowerment of women and has been published in Global Practice Insights for her research on “DigiShakti: Digital Empowerment of Community Women,” presented at the 2019 World Community Development Conference.
Sonia leads creation, evangelization and implementation of CSpathshala curriculum & pedagogy and is also the Steering Committee Chair for CTiS2023.
Lt Col (Dr) Anil Paranjape
Lt Col (Dr) Anil Paranjape is a public health specialist who served with the Indian Army for more than 21 years at various locations including Sri Lanka, the North East and Kashmir Valley. He subsequently worked with the development sector for 16 years till he retired as the CEO of Community Aid and Sponsorship Programme in 2022. He now provides consultancy and mentoring support for development projects.
